only steps to the shoreline. The home is a half block walk to the 
beach. Enjoy the beach lifestyle with a morning walk or jog on the 
beach. After a day at the beach lounge on the patio or huge fenced-
in back yard. In the evening listen to the ocean from home or enjoy 
it on a beach blanket under the stars with the privacy that only 
Jacksonville Beach South allows.

This home has tile throughout for that simple beach lifestyle. 
The living room includes an entertainment center with cable TV; 
clean and comfy furniture; windows have designer wood blinds. The 
dining room table boasts seating for 6. 

Beautiful new full-service kitchen with stainless steel side-by-side 
refrigerator, dishwasher, flat-top stove and microwave. The kitchen 
is fully stocked for eight guests with dishes, pots and pans, 
silverware and all those other "essentials". 



There are three bedrooms. All three bedrooms have queen-sized beds. 
Each bedroom has a dresser and large closets. The living room has a 
queens size hide-a-bed sofa and there is a futon availible if you 
need additional space for sleeping

Completely remodeled bath with shower. Fluffy bath towels and beach 
towels for eight are also included. 

High speed wireless internet access, just bring your laptop.

For convenience while lounging on the patio, and for yard parties, 
there is an additional half bath with access from the patio. A 
washer and dryer are also included -- important for all those beach 
towels and sandy swimsuits!

Because we are so close to the beach, like every true beach house, 
we offer an outside shower to wash off the sand and salt. 

"The Beaches" consist of Jacksonville Beach; Neptune Beach; Atlantic 
Beach; and Ponte Vedra Beach. 

Every month during the year there is an endless number of activities 
to enjoy including; TPC at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra; Springin' in the 
Blues in Jacksonville Beach which is one of the largest outside 
Blues festival in the US; Opening of the Beaches in Jacksonville 
Beach; and so on. If you enjoy arts festivals, shopping and 
antiques, you can spend days right here at the beaches and still not 
make it to all the shopping available. Great restaurants and 
nightlife abounds at the beach. Not enough? Enjoy deep sea fishing; 
scuba diving; and parasailing.

Less than 1 mile to Ponte Vedra Inn & Golf Club; less than 3 miles 
to Sawgrass TPC; walking distance of shopping; Starbucks; Panera
