CHECK-IN LOCATION:
Unless other arrangements have been made, all check-ins are at 
Parkside Condo, 9050 Blind Pass Rd, St. Pete., Fl 33706
  

Directions: From Tampa International Airport take I-275 South to 
exit #28 Gandy Blvd which becomes Park Blvd. Take Park Blvd all the 
way to the end and go left (South) onto Gulf Blvd.,continue south on 
Gulf Blvd which turns into Blind Pass Rd.Parkside Condos are on the 
right side of the road across the street from tennis courts and 
ballfield.   From St. Pete/CLearwater airport take Roosevelt Blvd
(route 686) west to Gulf Blvd. Go left onto Gulf and continue south.

side of the road across the street from tennis courts and ballfield.
    
   

CHECK-IN TIME:
8:00am to 5:00 p.m. There is a lockbox on the door for arrivals. 
Number is changed each time someone leaves. Park in the #8 slot.
 Because we have high standards for cleanliness, sometimes the unit 
may not be ready early in the morning ,especially during peak 
seasons. Your patience will be appreciated in these instances. 


CHECK-OUT TIME:
11:30 a.m. so that housekeeping may prepare for the next guests.

PAYMENT POLICY:
 $200.00 is required to confirm a reservation($100.00 of which is a 
security deposit), with the 
balance due a week in advance of arrival. Payments may be made by 
check or moneyorder to Karen Oliver, 6600 Highway 
82, GlenwoodSprings, Co 81601 
 
CANCELLATION:
The reservation deposit is refundable less a $50 fee for any 
cancellation received at least 15 days before arrival. No refunds 
will be given for cancellation or interruption due to inclement 
weather,seasonal conditions,or beach conditions.  

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
  The $100.00 security deposit will be returned within a week 
providing there is no damage or theft to the unit or property  
 and there are no outstanding expenses related to excessive cleaning 
needed.   

OCCUPANCY:
The unit may be occupied by no more than 6 persons 
(adults, children and infants) indicated on this confirmation. 
Occupancy is defined as any overnight stay. In the event occupancy 
is exceeded, guest agrees to let the owner, owners agent or 
condomium association remove them from the unit and retain all 
monies whether earned or unearned. Student groups are not permitted. 
Students unaccompanied by a parent will not be permitted to 
register. Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be 
subject to forfeiture of all monies prepaid and the party will not 
be permitted to occupy. 

CONDOMINIUM RULES:
Your unit is confirmed with the understanding that you will adhere 
to the rules and regulations set by individual condominiums or 
homeowner association.

CLEANING:
All condos and homes are cleaned prior to arrival and at departure.

SUPPLIES:
All units are fully equipped for your enjoyment with cable TV,dvd,  
microwave and kitchen supplies for everyday cooking .

TELEPHONE USAGE:
Each unit is equipped with a telephone but no overseas calls . 

BEACH TOWELS AND BEACH EQUIPMENT:
Bring your own beach towels but beach chairs are available.
