rents by the week, Sat to Sat. From July 20 thru October we also 
rent

Our condo is one of the nicest 1 BR vacation condos at the beachfront
Sundial Beach and Golf Resort on charming Sanibel Island. Sleeps 1 
to 4 people. Walk the beach or enjoy our view of the Gulf 
and the grounds from the lanai! Fully furnished. On the 2nd floor 
with elevator. A queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa make 
this comfortable condo, perfect for a small family, a group of 
friends or a romantic getaway for 2! Our beautiful Unit I207 has 
been recently updated. Not all condos on Sanibel have fast Internet 
access from the room. Bring your laptop. We have free WIFI right in 
the room! A complete kitchen, dining area and screened lanai with a 
ceiling fan,which runs the length of the condo with room for dining 
while viewing the ocean. Free parking. TV, DVD player, video player, 
linens, beach towels, beach chairs, surf board, and beach umbrella 
included. There is a laundry unit in the building nearby on the same 
floor for your convenience. Several lovely golf courses, tennis, and 
boat rentals are available nearby and bike rental companies will 
deliver bikes direct to the condo for your enjoyment.

The Sundial Beach and Golf Resort is right on the beach and the 
premier resort on Sanibel. Our condo gives you access to a half mile-
long stretch of shell-strewn natural sandy beach and an olympic 
swimming pool!  Other amenities are available at the resort for a 
fee.

Walking miles of sandy beach, hiking, biking, shelling, swimming, 
beach volley ball, kayaking, sailing, fishing, tennis, golf, 
shopping, dining, dvd and video tape rentals, grocery store and 
theater, wild life viewing, and watching wonderfully lovely sunsets 
right at the resort or nearby on the island. Also available: taking 
it easy relaxing on our screened lanai, by our pool, or out on our 
private beach!
