Our spacious condo is beautifully furnished in a tropical setting 
and each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own private bathroom.  There are 
both king and queen-size beds, and two full beds.  If needed, two 
additional people can sleep on the pull out sofa/bed.  Each of the 
bedrooms has a TV, DVD/CD and VCR and in addition to the 32" TV in 
the living room, you will find a CD/Radio stereo as well.  All rooms 
have a telephone including a cordless phone in the living area and 
you’ll enjoy the luxury of having a washer and dryer as well as an 
iron and ironing board right in the condo.  Pets are NOT allowed, No 
Smoking.

The living room opens directly to the lagoon pool and it is a short 
stroll across the pool to the Gulf and is perfect for keeping an eye 
on kids and/or a quick, hassle-free dip in the pool or Gulf!  The 
quaint shops of Rosemary Beach are a block away and Seaside is only 
a short trip down beautiful Highway 30A
