located in a building on the second floor of the Castel Del Mare 
Condominium Community. The Community is directly over-looking the 
beautiful Sarasota inter-coastal waterway. 

The Condo is within a very short walking distance to fine dining 
and shopping, and 45 seconds by car and 5 minutes by bike to the 
fabulous Crescent and Siesta Key Beaches. Just over the Stickney Point 
Bridge. 

This fully-equipped condo sleeps up to 4 people. The master bedroom 
has a comfortable queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed and a 
chair bed in the living room. The Unit is tastefully furnished and 
decorated for your comfort. The condo is approximately 900 square 
feet of living space, including a private glassed lanai.  

The condo is fully furnished with new Tommy Bahama's furnishing to 
include: Two telephones, Central Heat and Air, Two Radios, Free 
cable and VCR in living area, with movies.  Internet(call owner to 
activate) Fire alarm, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, 
Electric stove, Ice Maker, Iron, vacuum Cleaners, cleaning 
equipment, coffee makers, cooking utensils, clean dishes, 
glasses, coffee maker, coffee mugs, clean Bedsheets, linens and 
towels and much much more.
 
There is one assigned parking and a guest space. Washer & dryer is a 
community shared clean facility. 

This is AN ABSOLUTE NO SMOKING UNIT. PETS, such as dogs, cats, birds or Alligators of any kind ARE 
NOT ALLOWED PER CONDOMINIUM RULES. No boats or RV's are permitted on the 
property.

The area and the Condominium community offers friendly people, fine

December 2008 through April 2009 $3000/Month includes internet 
access. May 2009 through November 2009 $1500/Month. (Please note, 
the above rates Does not include cleaning charge of $70.00, Condo 
required non-refundable application fee of $50.00 or the required Florida 11% sales 
tax. 

A refundable deposit of $300.00 is required upon making the 
reservations. Additionally, a rental lease agreement is also 
required to cover only the duration of the stay, as required by the 
Home Owners Association. All rental payments are due 45 days prior 
to moving in. 

All cancellations must be made 90 days prior to move-in with full 
refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. All utilities, excluding long distance 
telephone calls will be paid by owner. 

Annual lease is $1500.00/month to include all utilities.
