Our fabulous duplex is located on Hickory Blvd. directly across from one of the most beautiful 
beaches in southwest Florida!  Relax on lounge chairs on our private beach on the Gulf of 
Mexico or barbeque on one of the grills, or have fun and play 
shuffleboard, horse shoes or bocce.  There is also a boat dock 
behind the duplex which is great for fishing!    
We are conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples, 
approximately 20 minutes from Southwest Regional Airport. For those 
of you familar with the area, we are approximately one mile north 
of “Doc’s Beach House”.

Each unit has two bedrooms, two baths, a screened-in lanai and roof 
deck. Each unit is tastefully decorated and has a spacious 
living/dining room with a queen-size sofa bed, Cable TV with three 
TV's, Wireless High Speed Internet access, fully-equipped kitchen 
with serving bar, large closets, central heat and air, microwave, 
washer/dryer and one car garage.

We are located on the trolly line that goes to Ft. Myers Beach or to 
Bonita springs for shopping or dining.

You are just 15 minutes North of Naples, which offers "world-class" 
shopping, dining, galleries, golf, and tennis. Within five miles you 
have 40 restaurants, four shopping areas, movie theatres, and 
various boating outlets. 

Nearby you will find many excellent restaurants ranging from the 
chains to very casual to upscale; shopping, more than ten golf 
courses, boat rentals, fishing charters, two major league baseball 
spring training camps, greyhound racing, the Seminole casino, Henry 
Ford and Thomas Edison's winter homes, museums and much more
 
There is access to Lover's Key State Recreation area by kayak or 
canoe and Estero Bay by boat. Lover's Key Beach is rated #4 in 
Florida by the Travel Channel. Choose from airboat adventures,
