spa at your door, this bright and airy Beachhouse is located 
directly 
on the Gulf of Mexico.  Guests will enjoy spacious bedrooms, modern, 
fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom, with a private wood deck 
perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day to watch the incredible 
sunsets over the Gulf. There are three additional apartments (each 
with two bedrooms)one 1br apartment and another four bedroom cottage 
on the property, 
which makes it perfect for family or friendly gatherings and/or 
weddings.  All units together can accomodate up to 34 people.

You can even bring the family dog! (A $100 non-refundable pet 
deposit per pet is required).

Everything you could possibly need is right here.  Fully-equipped 
kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots, pans, 
dishes, coffee maker, toaster, etc., and French doors leading to a 
secluded deck for morning coffee or incredible evening sunsets.  
All linens are provided, as well as a BBQ grill, VCR, DVD player, CD 
player, Stereo, Cable TV, Telephone (local calls only, please), and 
there is a washer and dryer on the premises.

Whatever you are looking for can be found here, whether it be 
relxing by the new heated pool and spa, or on the beach at your 
doorstep.  There are several restaurants and shops located within 
walking distance, or you can spend your days or nights at many of the
local attractions.  Clearwater Beach is approximately 10 minutes 
north, and John's Pass Village in Madeira Beach is approximately 10 
minutes south.  Both have numerous water activities, boat rentals, 
fishing, parasailing, gambling boats, beach shops and many unique 
restaurants and nightclubs.  Orlando is approximately 90 minutes 
from the cottage, Tampa is an easy 30 minute drive, and the newly 
renovated Downtown St. Petersburg is only 20 minutes away.  There is 
a beach trolley that runs the length of the beaches every 20-30 
minutes.  It's a great way to experience the beautiful beaches of 
Pinellas County.

"Beach House" Rates:
Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar/April: $1650/week or $6050/month
May/June/July/Aug: $1450/week or $5500/month
Sept/Oct/Nov: $1350/week or $4950/month

and availability on our other two apartments and four bedroom house 
located on the same property!
Rental periods run Saturday to Saturday
Check-In Time 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time 10:00 a.m.
These times MAY be flexible-please call ahead.
Please add 12% tax and $100 departure/cleaning/admin fee
to all rentals.
Pets are welcome provided they are on a current flea control
program.  A $100 non-refundable deposit per pet is required.
