This is the ideal holiday area if you are looking for varied but  
laid back vacation. The villa was built in 2004. and is furnished and 
equipped to a high standard. 
The kitchen is equipped with large stove, ice making fridge, 
microwave, blender, and dish washer.  There is a washer and a dryer 
in a separate utility room and a large garage for storage. Books and 
games are all provided.  The TV has all the cable TV channels. 
The master bedroom has a king size bed and offers a large ensuite 
bath/shower room and a separate TV.   The second bedroom has a queen 
bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which offers twin 
beds. 
The villa also offers a spacious lounge, a dining area, a family 
room, and kitchen which has an eat in area as well as a breakfast 
bar.  The two larger bedrooms open directly onto the pool area.  
Behind the villa is a canal, where you can fish for bass. There are 
alligators in this canal, which you can often spot, along with a 
variety of wading birds.  
Within a 10 minute cycle ride, there is a wild life sancuary which is 
ideal for cycling, or walking. There are animals such as racoons, 
wild boar, foxes, armadillos,  porcupines and even large turtles.  
If you like watching the wild life, there are often schools of 
dolphins swimming off the shore at Boca Grande, Charlotte Harbour and 
Englewood beaches.   
As the day draws to a close, you can enjoy watching a sunset from one 
of the beaches or simply enjoy it whilst eating outside on the lanai. 
The sunsets in this area are vivid and a pleasure to see.

There are many excllent bars, cafes and restuarants in the area, 
which cater to every taste and pocket.  Last but not least, there are 
plenty of good local shops and Port Charlotte offers a huge shopping 
mall, which also houses a food hall and multi screen cinema. 
There really is something in this area for everyone to have a 
wonderful vacation.

You can simply relax on one of the many great beaches or maybe hunt 
for sharks teeth on the shore line! There is also great boating and 
fishing and boats can be hired for pleasure, or crewed, for serious 
deep sea fishing trips.  
Enjoy a round of golf on one of the many championship courses.  Two 
minutes from the villa is the championship golf course, Long Marsh, 
and there are 3 other cha,pionship courses in the vicinity as well as 
several other good courses. 
If you want to get fit, you could benefit from the excellent cycling 
tracks or walking facilities in the area.

Rates are from $650 in low season to $950 in high season. This 
includes end of stay cleaning and sales taxes. 
Pool heat is additional. 
We offer excellent rates for rentals over 4 weeks duration.
We also offer excellent rates for parties of 2 people.
