Monthly: September - December - $1,500 / month - includes tax & cleaning!

 

Weekly

•       March 15 - March 28 - $975 / week - includes tax & cleaning!
•       March 29 - May 23 - $850 / week - includes tax & cleaning!
•       May 24 - Aug 8 - $1050 / week - includes tax & cleaning!
•       August 9 - September 5 - $900 / week - includes tax & cleaning!
•       September 6 - December 27 - $850 / week - includes tax & cleaning!

$300 Refundable Security Deposit for weekly rentals, $250 per week 
for consecutive weeks and $800 for monthly rentals, paid at the time 
of booking and refundable upon inspection of the unit and return of 
keys and garage opener. For refund of deposit on weekly reservations 
you must cancel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival 
date.  For refund on reservations of 28 days or longer, you must 
cancel 60 days prior to your scheduled date.  There will be a $20  
processing fee for cancellations which will be deducted from your 
security deposit.

Renters must be at least 25 years old. Pets are not allowed. Smoking 
ia not allowed.

Saturday check-in is from 3PM - 5PM, Saturday check-out by 10AM

On-site property manager will process rental agreement, check-in and 
check-out
