St. Peterburg's, Pass-A-Grill beaches. Both beaches have been rated as the top beach in the USA.

The unit sleeps up to six persons comfortably. Fully furnished with, Two Master Bedrooms (King Size 
Bed), and two full baths. Additionally the living room has a queen size convertible couch. There are 
no stairs as Elevator service is available. The unit is fully equipped with all appliances and all 
household bath and bedroom items. Kitchen appliances are new and comes furnished with all utensils, 
coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes etc. Unit has a full size washer and dryer. Indoor parking 
furnished for one vehicle. Just bring in your food and clothes and your ready to enjoy your vacation.

Rates are based on season. Winter rates (October thru March) start at $2000.00 a month. Lower rates
