Pool heating £15/$25 per day.


Prices are per property per week. Sat-Sat preferred. 
Mid week bookings incurr a surcharge. 
Discounts apply for long lets and late availability.
£100/$150 booking deposit per week payable on booking. 
Full payment required 8 weeks before departure.
A £200/$300 refundable security deposit is also required at the same 
time. This will be returned within 30 days of departure once 
management confirm no damage has occurred. 
All the above rates include tax, electricity and gas.
Dollar rates may change according to dollar/sterling exchange rate.
