4th Floor Condo:
Summer Rates: (May 1 - December 14)    $800.00 per week.  
Winter Rates: (December 15 - April 30) $1200.00 per week, including 
the week of July 4th.  11% Florida tax + $40.00 processing fee from 
Condo office to handle all paperwork, check in, check out,etc. 
 1/3 of rental amount is due at the time you make your reservation, 
another 1/3 is due 90 days prior to arrival and balance due at the 
time of check-in. Security deposit of $250.00 is also collected upon 
check-in and is refunded approximately 3 to 4 weeks after check-out.
