Check out cleaning fee of $100 on rentals of less than 6 months.
Tax of 13% is charged on rentals of less than 6 months.
Optional maid service available.
Deposit required ($500), refundable within 14 days of your departure, 
after satisfactory inspection of unit, not credited toward rental.

Reservation:
A deposit of 50% for the total rent to confirm booking, along with 
signed rental agreement (refundable only if 30 days before rental 
written cancelation notice is received),and final 50% of total rent 
due paid no later than four weeks before arrival.
