Our condominium is located in Deauville Lake Estates off County Barn 
Road between Davis and Rattlesnake Hammock fifteen minutes from 
downtown Naples and the beach.  The grounds of the Deauville Lake 
Estates complex are wonderfully maintained and the clubhouses are 
beautifully decorated.  The atmosphere is quiet and friendly.  All 
the buildings have three floors with an elevator and stairs reaching 
all floors.  The complex has two clubhouses designated as the large 
and small clubhouse.  Near each clubhouse is a pool.  The large 
clubhouse also offers shuffle board and tennis courts as well as a 
library, kitchen and dance floor.  

Our unit is located on the 2nd floor adjacent to the small 
clubhouse.  The condominium is immaculately clean and newly 
decorated in Florida colors, seashell pink and sea foam green.  The 
kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation.  The large 
appliances include refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and 
dishwasher.  Small appliances include a microwave, coffeepot and 
toaster.  The kitchen is also equipped with dishes, silverware, and 
pots and pans.  There is a small table and chairs in the kitchen as 
well as a telephone and answering machine.   The living room 
contains a sofa, love seat, coffee table, stereo, TV and DVD.  The 
furniture is arranged to look out the large door wall that presents 
a beautiful view of the lake, the well manicured grounds, and the 
large clubhouse.  The lanai has table and chairs that is perfect to 
sit and enjoy the view with morning coffee or an evening meal.  The 
condo has two bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 
large walk in closet and full bathroom.  The master bedroom is also 
equipped with a telephone, TV and VCR.  The second bedroom has two 
twin beds, telephone, TV and VCR.  Near the second bedroom is 
another full bathroom.  The large laundry room is equipped with a 
full washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, beach 
chairs and umbrellas.
