Property Rates

from $300/night - $1800/week (Winter - Dec. 15 - May 1)
from $235/night - $1450/week (Shoulder - May 1 to June 1)
from $190/night - $1250/week (Summer - June 1 - Dec. 15)
........plus 11.5% tax

Higher rates apply for special weeks and Holidays.
$125 cleaning charge may apply if less than a 7 day stay.
