complex definitely lives up to its name with all of the outstanding

2006 right next door, you have access to more amenities (two more

We would love to share our "home away from home" with you. Be our 
guests and enjoy our "Seas the Day" non-smoking, deluxe studio on 
the 9th floor. You will enjoy the balcony overlooking the emerald 
waters and white sands of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches".

The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Sleep to the 
gentle sounds of the ocean on the queen-sized Murphy wall-bed that 
can be stored away during the day. For the kids, there are two bunk 
beds in the hallway. Additionally, there is a sofa thats great for
relaxing during the day but at night can convert to a queen-sized
bed.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals in.  If 
you desire to eat out, there are several great restaurants nearby.  
Some are within walking distance.  The poolside H20 Bar and Grill is 
a great place to enjoy a waterfront, full dining experience. The 
ground floor Majestic Market featuring Starbucks also has a variety 
of sandwiches, salads, desserts and snacks. 

Majestic Beach Towers located on Front Beach Road in the heart of 
Panama City Beach will become one of the most popular family 
resorts.  The resort offers outstanding amenities such as three 
outdoor pools with waterfalls (one is covered at Tower II), two 
indoor heated pools (one at Tower II), separate gated baby 
pool, poolside snack bar, three hot tubs (shared), fitness center 
with steam and sauna (additional fee), spa services (additional fee),
tennis court, stadium seating movie theatre with complimentary 
movies, ground floor market and covered parking with air-conditioned 
walkway over the highway.

Linens provided but please bring your own beach towels.  For your 
convenience, there is a stack washer/dryer in the unit.

Please note:  NO SMOKING(even on balcony) or NO PETS allowed.  Any 
violation will result in forfeiture of the $200 security deposit.
 
The primary renter must be at least 25 and stay the entire period of 
the rental.

A $200 refundable Reservation/Security deposit plus a $50 (non-
refundable) one time end of stay cleaning fee is required within 7 
days of making the reservation.  Upon arrival, the $200 deposit 
converts to a security/damage deposit that will be returned by mail 
within 7 days of departure if there is upon an inspection, no 
damage or items missing (including keys). If there is damage that 
exceeds $200, full restitution for the repairs/replacement will be 
pursued.

Full Payment (plus 10.5% FL taxes)is required 21 days prior to 
arrival.  Personal Checks, money orders, cashier checks, certified 
checks and credit cards (accepted through PayPal and add 2.5% 
processing fee) are accepted.  If 
there is less than 21 days before arrival to receive payment, then 
payment must be made by credit card, money order or certified checks.

Cancellation Policy:  In the event of a cancellation for any reason, 
we will make every attempt to re-rent the unit.  Any rental obtained 
during your vacancy will be credited to your account, minus an 
administrative fee of $100 for re-renting.  If unable to re-rent, 
all monies paid will be non-refundable except the Security deposit.

No refunds for early departure with the exception of forced weather 
related evacuations by PCB Authorities.
