IMMACULATE HOME - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!!!

Rates are for 6 people. 2 extra people are allowed at $50/wk each. 
Bookings are usually Saturday 3 p.m. - Saturday 10:30 p.m. Sometimes 
exceptions are made. Lobster weeks, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New 
Years and Easter are $200 additional/week. Refundable $500 security 
deposit (separate from rent) needed to reserve your dates. 11.5% 
Florida Tax. $152.88 Cleaning/Booking/Rent Tax. Every 4th Week is 
free: Book 3 wks - get 1 free! Book 8 wks - Get 2 weeks free!
