Tuscan Ridge is ideally situated only 30 minutes from Orlando 
International Airport at the gateway to all the major attractions. 
Walt Disney World is only 12 minutes drive away with the Universal 
parks a further 10 minutes drive along I-4. Close to Tuscan Ridge 
along US27 there are a vast array of eating establishments and 
shops, and for golf lovers a 5 minute drive will take you to the 
newly completed ChampionsGate development which includes Greg Norman 
signature courses and The David Leadbetter School of Golf. 

Being close to the US192 you'll find dozens of restaurants, shops, 
attractions, pharmacies, gas stations, supermarkets and 
entertainment emporiums, including the Splendid China Theme Park and 
children's "goofy golf" courses. Walgreens Pharmacy is just two 
minutes away with Denny's, McDonalds, Wendy's, Waffle House, Great 
China Buffet and Perkins restaurants very close by. Excellent 
restaurants such as the Outback, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, 
Benningans, TGI's, Key W Kools and Ruby Tuesday are just a short 
drive away on the US192. Also just minutes away is a brand new 
Publix supermarket which has been built at the Champions Gate 
Village.
