TO RESERVE YOUR DATE, just send an email requesting availability and registration forms. When completed forms and half of the rental rate plus tax is received, your reservation will be confirmed. Full payment is to be received one month prior to arrival with $100 cleaning fee and totally refundable $400 security deposit which is returned shortly after your departure.
