TOTALLY PRIVATE BEACH featuring the shade of a large(20 ft X 12ft)
thatched-roof CABANA so you won't get sunburned.  No rocks, just shell
collecting on this wide soft-sand beach.  Swing in the HAMMOCK 
with the ocean breeze while the sound of the waves lull you to sleep.
Have a picnic lounging in the shade and watching the waves.  STROLL 2
minutes on a path with stepping stones to this wonderland day or night. 
 
SPECTACULAR river SUNSETS on the ENCHANTING RIVERFRONT with dock and
boat ramp on the Indian River. PADDLE the 2-person KAYAK or FISH from
the aluminum ROWBOAT around the lagoon in Ballard Cove.  Take your own
ECO-TOUR and see dolphins, manatees, birds, and fish. Have a river
picnic on the deck picnic table and roast marshmellows on the CAMPFIRE
pit. Relax on the front porch in a double CHAIR SWING surrounded by a
tropical garden watching the sunset. The river is less than a minute
walk away.

The large PRIVATE MASTER SUITE with bath has a ROMANTIC,
island-feeling featuring a billowing fabric ceiling and mirrored wall
closet doors. It faces the garden COURTYARD and HOT TUB through large
sliding glass doors.  At the other end of the cottage are two bedrooms
that share a full bathroom.

concentration of nests for Loggerhead sea turtles and the only area in
the world where all three turtles nest: Green Turtles, Leatherback
Turtles, and Loggerheads. They're 300 to 1300 pounds!

Take your own ecological RIVER TOUR on the 2-person KAYAK or in the
ROWBOAT. Go bird-watching for pelicans, seagulls, egrets, herons,
ospreys...You'll see a variety of fish including dolphins, manatees,
and schools of fish.  If you don't catch fish or don't want to clean
fish and blue crabs, you can buy FRESH-caught SEAFOOD at the Long

To reserve your date, just send an email requesting registration
forms.  When I receive the completed forms and half of the 
rental rate plus tax, your reservation will be confirmed.  Full
payment is to be received one month prior to arrival with a $400
refundable security deposit.

Normal check in is Saturday 2:00 P.M. & check out Saturday 10:00 A.M.

After a long day in the sun and sea, have a good night sleep 
in plush bedding while listening to the whisper of the ocean waves.
