Rental:  December 15 through August 15 - $950/WEEK
         August 16 through December 14 - $900/WEEK
         Negotiable monthly rates
         Lobster season and holiday weeks are $1,100/WEEK
All rentals are subject to 11.5% tyax and $25 processing fee.
