This condo is nestled in the beautiful, quiet upscale Crystal Beach
community of Destin, overlooking sugar white sands and emerald waters
of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounded by tropical landscaping and palm
trees.  Gulf view from your living room and private patio and only
steps to the beach and pool/hot tub.  

This condo is the opitome of convenience.  Park around back, at the
door, and walk out the front patio doors, just steps to the beach. 
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with cable television and a
private entrance to the bathroom with a whirlpool tub.  Hallway
bunkers and a sleeper sofa accommodate four more comfortably.  In the
living room there is a boom box, cable tv, vcr and dvd player.
There are alot of 'big' extras; like beach chairs, umbrellas, toys,
games, books, magazines and more.

Just next door is a charming gourmet market, which features coffees, 
breakfast, lunch and dinner, beverages, snacks, liquor store, and so 
much more.  Walk (or drive) three blocks north inland, and you will 
find all of the shopping, dining and entertainment to fulfill all 
your hearts desires!  Perfect for a group without an extra car!

even are able to assist you finding additional condo's (for large
groups) in this complex, as a sister owns the condo next door and we
have made friends with other owners as well.  Looking forward to

dishes, linens, and shared pool/hot tub and charcoal grill.  No 
smoking indoors and no pets.

We also provide beach umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards.

A biking/walking trail winds through the property, and along Old
Scenic 98, and edged with Caribbean Tropical landscaping.  There is 
so much to do here:  Swim in the heated pool, lounge in the hot tub, 
or the sugar white sands and emerald green, crystal clear ocean.  
Fish from the pier or charter a boat, or go on a dolphin excurusion, 
rent jet skis, kayaks, pontoon boat, or rent a bike, gulf cart or
mini-electric vehicle to zip around in.  Gulf, putt-putt golf, shop,
buggy board, snorkel, dive, crabbing, deep sea fish, shell, shop, see
a movie, parasail, sail, windsurf, visit the outlet malls, museums or
the new Destin Commons (mall which reminds me of Downtown Disney),
visit Bass Pro Shop, Golds Gym, tennis, horseback riding, 
racquetball, arcades, live entertainment, water park ...... So much 
to do, to please everyones tastes!  Never, ever a dull moment, 
unless of course, you desire to just relax on the beach or in this 
beautiful home away from home!  Upon request, with your rental 
agreement local tourist information will be sent.
