Welcome to the Gerrell Condo on the Emerald Coast in Miramar 
Beach/Destin, Fl.  Our unit is located on the second floor of Gulf 
View Condominiums.  We are part of the beautiful beaches of South 
Walton County.  We have an end unit that has its own gated front 
porch that overlooks one of the two pools and the jacuzzi.  
Our condo sleeps six.  There is a queen bed in the bedroom, two hall 
bunks, and a queen sofa sleeper.  
The kitchen is fully equiped with all the conveniences of home.  We 
have two TVs one VCR and one DVD player(one in the living room and 
one in the bedroom), Playstation, and stereo/CD player.  If you are 
looking for the perfect vacation rental, snowbird special, or just a 
visit to the city of Destin, Florida, rent our Gulf View condo.

The complex has deeded beach access.  There is a sun deck/pavillion 
and beach umbrella service.  The complex has two pools (one is 
heated during the winter months) and a jacuzzi.  There is a washer 
and dryer just outside of our unit. BBQ grills near the pool.  

Destin offers many exciting things to do and see.  There are a 
multitude of restaurants and shops just waiting to be explored.  
Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just up the road. It is walking distance 
to Captain Dave's Restaurant on the Gulf, and Pompano Joe's is just 
a few blocks away.  You can dodge most of the heavy traffic getting 
to our location by taking the Mid-Bay Toll Bridge intersection (go 
straight thru). Then it is only 1.5 miles down Scenic Gulf Drive 
(Old U.S. 98).  Big Kahuna's Water Park is located in downtown 
Destin.  And, historic Fort Walton Beach is about 8 miles away.  
Golf can be found all around including the community of Sandestin 
(Pro Golf course)approx. 10 minutes away.  The new Destin Commons 
Shopping Mall is about 2 miles away with easy access!
