This refreshing cottage property is located within the quiet beach 
community of Gulfport! Our neighborhood is known as the "arts 
district" and Sea Shell Cottage is 700 feet from the white sands of 
sunny Gulfport Beach!

The cottage complex is comprised of two units. One main front 
cottage (the main house) and one rear attached apartment which we 
call the bunk house! Both are 1 br/ 1 bath units.
 
NOTE: BOTH UNITS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE BELOW. 

Each unit is fully furnished with everything you need and has their 
own kitchen, bathroom and separate entrances. The main front cottage 
is approx. 700 sq. ft and has a queen bed and extra daybed with 
trundle (two twins). The smaller rear unit is approx. 450 sq ft with 
queen bed. There is also an adjoining covered patio and garden for 
use by both units that is fenced for privacy and includes a nice hot 
tub.

Please Note: Cottage complex can sleep up to 6 but we recommend for
ideal comfort that it be rented by one or two couples max. Property 
is very private so you will have the entire property (both units) 
for your use during the rental period.

Soak your stress away in our private garden hot tub! After a 
delicious dinner at one of the local cafes(just one street over) 
take a stroll down to the beach or pier to enjoy a sunset or some 
local nightlife. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Cottage is not for people looking to hold big, 
loud parties as we are in a quiet residential beach neighborhood but 
it is perfect for adults looking for a special getaway with privacy.

(During our high season Dec 1-April 30 we require a 3 night stay 
minimum please)

No smoking or pets permitted within the cottage complex.

Payment + 12% tax due in advance to secure reservation. 
$300 Security deposit is required & will be refunded upon vacancy of 
the cottage. $150 cleaning fee will be charged if you don't clean up 
before you leave.

Cancellation fee of all monies paid will be retained for 
reservations cancelled within 60 days of check-in date. 

No refunds for early departures.
