Sundunes is a small 9 story condominium directly on the Gulf of 
Mexico.  The living room and master bedroom of each unit are located 
just off the ocean front balcony.  The unit has been completly 
remodled after the previous years hurricanes and just reopened on 
July 1st 2006.  Dune restoration is completed.  The unit has a king 
bed in the master bedroom, twins in the additional bedroom, and a 
sleeper sofa in the living room.  The Condominium has a pool.

Sundunes has a fully equiped kitchen, refrigerator, washer/dryer, 
microwave,Cable TV and VCR.  There is an elevator and trash shuts 
off the entry walks.  

Navarre Beach is located on a 3 mile section of  Santa Rosa Island 
about 20 miles east of Pensacola on the Gulf Coast.  Sundunes is 
located in the center of the island away from the busy commercial 
area.  The Eglin Military reservation lies to east and the National 
Seashore to the West.  There is a paved bike path along the entire 
island for biking and walking.  Kayaks, surfboards, bikes, and other 
beach supplies are available on the island at Mikes Bikes.   Juanns 
Pegota and Sailors grill are located on the Nnavarre Causeway and 
offer boat rentals and volley ball leagues and tournments in the 
spring, fall and winter as well as dining and drinks.  Bird Watchers 
can enjoy the nesting and hatching of the Least Turns and Skimmers 
during May - July.
