a kingsize mattress bed providing extra space for children.

The condo has a spacious living and dining area. There is a fully 
equiped kitchen, walkin laundry room, patio with grill and eating 
area, all linens and beach towels, along with bicycles, beach chairs 
and umbrella. Steps away is a private swimming pool. 

Amelia Island Plantation is one of Florida's premier oceanfront 
resorts boasting numerous awards and a 4 Star rating. 

The Plantation is 30 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. Once on 
the Plantation there is complimentary transportation to activies, 
the beach and many restaurants.

Plantation amenities include 3 golf courses, tennis complex,Beach 
Club, fitness center and spa.Some of these require an amenity card.

There are many restaurants for both casual and upscale dining. 
The Plantation has recently opened a new shopping village that has a 
deli, apparrel shops, restaurants and much more.

Amelia Island Plantation has activies for all ages. Three 18-hole 
championship golf courses, 23 clay tennis courts, a Health and

Unit rents for $200-250 per night plus a $70.00 cleaning fee. The 
weekly rate is $1200-1400.00. Monthy rates upon request. All rates 
are based on availability and the season requested. A refundable 
security/damage deposit is required. An additional fee of $50.00 per 
day will procure an amenity card which will cover all members of the 
guests party and will enable access to all the amenities of Amelia 
Island Plantation. Maximum of $350.00. This is not a mandatory fee.
