-We Rent Monthly & Weekly
-We rent Saturday to Saturday [flexible in low season,Sept-Dec]
-If less than a week, the rate is the weekly rate
-Special events and some holidays are higher
-Monthly rentals are January,May, Sept-December
-One time $70.00 cleaning fee
-Must be 25 to secure this rental
-Call or E-mail for current rates for 2006 & 2007
-I respond very quickly to all inquiries,sometimes in minutes
-We have additional photos of this unit upon request
-Rates subject to change until confirmed in writing and blocked on
 the calendar
-We require a $300.00 deposit to hold a reservation.The deposit
 is refundable 10 days after departure once the unit is cleaned 
 and checked and left in the same condition as upon your arrival.
-If there is a day blocked that you would like to BEGIN OR END a  
 rental term,I can still START OR END a rental week on those SAME 
 day[s]
 For example:If October 11-17 is blocked on the calendar[Saturday to 
 Saturday]I CAN END a rental week on October 11 OR if you would like 
 to BEGIN a rental week on October 17 I CAN BEGIN a rental week for 
 you.Check-out is 10AM and Check-in is 3PM.The cleaning company can
 have the property ready for arriving guests.
-Check-Out Time is 10AM
-Check-In  Time is  3PM
-Cancellation-The deposit is refundable provided cancellation is
 made 30 days before reservation arrival date.
-Any excessive cleaning or laundry will deducted from the deposit.
-We offer affordable weekend vacation rentals in the Fall[Sept-Dec]  
 except during special events and holiday's
