with easy access to the elevator located in LightHouse Tower. You 
can choose the well maintained pool or the beach for your summer 
fun. A spacious balcony is just off of the Front Room and overlooks 
beautiful Sand Key Beach. You can sit and watch the sunset or gaze 
out at the glistening gulf as the surf rolls in.  Let the sound of 
the waves sooth you to sleep at night. This is an ideal location! 
Shops and restaurants are across the street. All that Florida offers 
is available, including Disney just an hour and fifteen minutes away.
We love the beach and bring our family and friends to vacation 
several times a year. This gives us a chance to enjoy our condo and 
make sure everything is well cared for.
