Property Description

-Very clean studio condo faces east on the third floor of Pirates
 Cove directly on the beach.  Great view!!
-Non-smoking room.
-One queen bed and a double size pull-out sofa, tile floors,
 kitchenette with full size refrigerator.
-Cable TV with DVD and VHS player.
-High speed internet access ...

Property Rates

-$100 deposit must be made with reservation (rcvd within 5 days).
 Refunded after departure.
-Payment for rental must be received 20 days before arrival.  
-Any cancellation must be made 30 days in advance.
-Three night minimum stay.
-$35 Cleaning fee.
*12.5% sales/tourist tax must be added to total.
Money order, cashiers check, Visa, or  Mastercard.


Rates: 
	
Standard rate: $90/night $475/week
Special event rates: $180/night	$900/week

Special event rates are applicable during Race Week (mid Feb),Bike
Week (early March), Pepsi 400 (early July), and Biketoberfest (mid Oct).
