and a sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate up to four persons.  
Full Kitchen including a dishwasher and all necessary items furnished.
Laundry facilities located on the first level.

The complex includes tennis courts, pool and laundry facilities.  
Walk the beach or try the trolley and explore the many fine shops and
restaurants from Times Square to Lovers Key/Carl Johnson State Park.

Use of Tennis Courts is included, however, you must bring your own
equipment.

Season Rates:  $850 per week plus tax - Dec 15th - April 15th
Off Season Rates:  $600 per week plus tax - April 16th - Dec 14th

Sales Tax 6% & Tourist Tax 5% added to above rental rates.
Security deposit is $300 which holds reservation and is refunded after
stay.  
Payment in full is due 45 days prior to arrival and can be made by
personal check, bank check or money order.
