We have another rental property available in Port Charlotte, Fl about 
1 hour south.  It is listing #20858.  Custom renovation, just 
completed, 3/2, on a large salt water canal.

rates:

$550/week, $1850/month  September - April
$400/week, $1450/month  May - August
10% resort tax

2 week minimum, 3 months during season preferred.
Rates include all utilities.
