affordable prices!  Sunset Harbour Condominiums is located on 
beautiful Santa Rosa Island at Navarre Beach, halfway between 
Pensacola Beach and Fort Walton Beach. Less than a half mile from 
the Gulf Island National Seashore, the sugar white sands and 
beautiful sunsets will take your breath away and set the mood for a 
tranquil yet refreshing vacation.  This non-smoking unit has 3 
bedrooms (King, Queen, two Twins and a Queen Sleeper Sofa), 2 full 
baths and is fully equipped with all the amenities of home.  The 
front balcony offers great views of the gulf by day and the soothing 
sound of surf at night.  The private balcony overlooks the pool and 
Santa Rosa Sound and is perfect for taking in the beautiful sunsets 
or just gazing out over the water.

The complex offers a beautiful pool area with an abundance of tables 
and lounge chairs, restrooms and a grilling area.  Also available is 
an outside hose area for car/boat/board washing and ample space for 
RV or boat parking.  

You can enjoy swimming in the beautiful Gulf coast emerald waves or 
just take a relaxing walk along the shore.  The walk/bike path 
extends from Navarre to Pensacola for a most scenic route of 
enjoyment.  Also available nearby: fishing, boating,  jet ski 
rentals (only 2 miles away on the island), museums, golf, fine 
dining, shopping (Santa Rosa Mall), theaters ... everything to make 
your vacation complete is within a 30 mile radius.

All nightly rentals will be charged a minimum of 3 nights
All rentals are subject to local sales/bed tax of 12.0% and a one 
time cleaning fee of $95.
A refundable $100 key/damage deposit is required
