This is, in the clearest sense, a wonderful home in a wonderful 
place. A place where every square inch says you can relax and 
recharge your batteries, entertain your friends, do a little 
fishing, tour the huge lake at the end of the canal in your boat 
from home or one you rented here. Dock that boat at one of the fine 
dining houses, plan a day out to one of the endless selection of 
attractions, hit the nightlife in the downtown area of any one of 
the over 25 cities and towns that have grown together to form 
TampaBay, the jewel in the crown known to geographers as the West 
Coast of Florida, but to us once-removed-new natives: The SunCoast.

This is a completely outfitted vacation home. You need bring only 
your tooth brush and related personal items. If driving you might 
consider bringing your favorite pillows and similar personal comfort 
items. The house is on a canal with a boat dock in case you want to 
bring your boat.  Boat rentals are available around the lake as are 
fishing gear. Lake Tarpon is in the top ten lakes in Florida for 
bass fishing. There is an under-the-counter wine cooler in the 
kitchen. One of the bedrooms has childrens full size beds, and 
another is set up also as an beautiful office area with internet 
outlets.

dinning; Clearwater Beach-sun and sand, boating and fishing: 30 
minutes; Innesbrook County Club-an annual stop on the pro tour: 5-
minutes; Tampa International Airport: 45-minutes; Tarpon Springs 
sponge docks: 15-minutes; Orlando's endless attractions: 1.5 hours; 
Salvardore Dolly Museum: 35-minutes; Hard Rock Cafe & Casino: 45 
minutes; TampaBay Downs Horse Track: 25-minutes; Professional 
Baseball-Devil Rays: 45 minutes; Professional Ice Hockey-The 
Lightnings: 30-minutes; Caladesi Island: (annually voted 3rd or 4th 
best beach in the nation); Two major performing arts theaters-The 
Theater of Performing Arts in Tampa and Ruth Eckerd Hall in 
Clearwater: 45-minutes. All of these places have web sites.

The rental rate is $3000 per month from December through April. All 
other months are $2500. Tenant's are expected to sign a lease. Taxes 
are the same as charged by area hotels and motels: 7% State Sales 
tax and 5% County Tourist Development tax. All utilities are 
included, however electricity is capped at $200/mo. The security 
deposit is $500. Cleaning services are available in the community.  
For tenancies longer than one month cleaning service is provided 
under the lease at the end of each month..
