parks.  There is a resturant on the ocean side that serves  breakfast and lunch. There is a par 3 
Golf course within 1/2 a mile of the house.  Only 14 miles from the West Palm Beach airport. There 
is plenty of shopping,entertainment 
and wonderful local restaurants close by.

and beautiful kitchen with white laquer cabinets, granite counter tops, glass-top stove, microwave 
oven, and coffee maker. Fully furnished with linens and kitchen accoutrements. Also included: three 
televisions, VCR/CD/DVD player,surround sound home theater system in the living room. iron/ironing 
board, and full size side-by-side washer and dryer. 

Jupiter has an enormous beach and a new pier for fishing. It is perfect for jogging, 
bicycling, sports, long walks (day or night) or simple relaxing. The Palm Beach Gardens' Mall is 
only 5 minutes away while Palm Beach and Worth Avenue is only 20 minutes away. There are local golf 
courses, Deep-Sea fishing, Jupiter Inlet(5 minutes North), Singer Island with scuba diving, 
snorkeling, windsurfing, parasailing, kayaking and boat and jet-ski rentals, Parks and Nature

$4,000.00 per month - December 2008
$4,800.00 per month - January through March 2009
$3,500.00 per month - April through May 2008
$2,800.00 per month - June through October 2008
$3,000.00 per month - November 2008

 
Rates include cable television, electricity, and water.
A $500.00 - $1000.00 security deposit(depending on length of stay) 
will be required.
Check in time is 3PM unless other arrangements are made.
Deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 60 days of your 
reservation.  
Deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection.
There is a exit cleaning fee $150.00 on all rentals.
Pets are allowed but will incure a non-refundable pet fee depending
