The Cottage is only five years old and features volume ceilings, 
lots of large windows, hardwood floors, a queensize bed in a loft 
bedroom,satellite Tv, airconditioning ,phone,full kitchen and 
bathroom,dishwasher,stove,microwave, full linens and towels,washer 
dryer. coffee pot ,coffee bean grinder and just about anything else 
you need in a kitchen,  pool and hottub.  Please NO PETS and NO 
Smoking.

The area is a great place for biking ,hiking, fishing, golf, 
swimming snorkeling, windsurfing, sailing, boating, water skiing, 
parasailing , jet skiing, and there are many wonderful stores for 
shopping and fabulous restaurants if you want to dine out.  
Honeymoon Cottage for two with a 38 foot pool and hot tub.  Our 
guests have raved about our adorable ,quiet, and cozy seaside type 
Cottage for two. Walking into this story book house gives you a warm 
and happy beachy feeling ....we have even had guests spend their 
entire stay at the cottage,writing , painting, reading or who knows 
what else...almost forgetting that we are 1900 feet from the gulf 
and one of the most pristine beaches in Florida. It is a three 
minute drive to the nearest beach access on the eastern side of the 
Topsail State Preserve which is over four miles of beach with no 
homes or development..it is awesome.

Winter rates: (Nov 15th --end of Feb)  $700/week...$125/night..All Rates Plus 11% tax
Spring rates:  (March 1--May 24th........  $875/week....$135 per night..... All rates plus 11% tax
Summer rates:  (Last week of May 24-August 16th)  $950/week  5 night stay minimum between Sat-Sat
Fall rates:  (Aug 16th-November 15th)  $850/week..$135/night
