november 1-may 31
From june 1-october 31 $ 800 per week
Additional  person $ 80 per week.
Children between 7 and 14 $ 45 per week
Children under 7 are free.
Additional 11% Florida Tax
Two weeks before and after Christmas Time 10% add
Snowbirds welcome!!!!
Maximum occupation are 6 pers.
Final cleaning $ 140
30% deposit required to hold reservation, Balance payable 6 weeks 
before arrival.
