Rental Rates:
* (Summer) May 1 - October 31: $7000/month + tax & $150 Cleaning Fee
   $2500.00/week + tax & $150 Cleaning Fee

* (Winter) November 1 - April 30: $8500/month + tax & $150 Cleaning

   $3500.00/week + tax & $150 Cleaning Fee

* Holiday Weeks listed below are $3500/week:
       Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter

Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed to reserve the home and will
be faxed or emailed upon request.

Payment Options:
Personal Check, Cashiers Check,Cash

Reservation Deposit:
50% depoisit required to reserve dates, and will be applied toward
balance of rental fees.

Payment Policy:
50% of rental fees due with reservation.
Balance of Rental Fees and Security Deposit Due 30 days prior to
arrival. The Security Deposit of $1,000(minus damages, if any) will 
be returned within 15 days of departure. The Pet Deposit of $500 
(each pet) is NOT refundalbe.

NON Refundable Pet Deposit:
$500 (each pet)
Cancellation Policy:
No Refunds, less than 90 days prior to arrival, unless rebooked 
entirety.
