The villa includes a roomy and free-flowing living room, dining 
room, and kitchen combination.  The living room with sliding glass 
doors to the screened lanai has a lovely ceiling fan, sofa, 
loveseat, coffee table, end tables, lamps, and entertainment center 
that houses the television, DVD player, and stereo system. The 
dining room has an eye-catching intricate hutch, glass dining table 
with a carved pineapple base, and four skirted parsons chairs whose 
vibrant colors compliment the living room decor. The fully equipped 
kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, 
dishwasher, and garbage disposal, includes a breakfast nook with a 
table and four chairs, and a breakfast bar that seats two. The 
kitchen includes dishes, silverware, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee-
maker, and anything else you need to prepare a delicious meal.

The three bedrooms comfortably sleep six people, for those times 
when your guests want to stay overnight.  The large and comfortable 
master bedroom with 10 ft ceilings contains two walk-in closets, and

contains a large closet, double-size bed, triple dresser and 
nightstand.  It is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a few 
rounds of golf.

The third bedroom has been outfitted as a private den.  It is 
adjacent to the kitchen with a view of the waterway at the back of 
the property, and is perfect for people watching, playing board 
games, listening to music or reading a good book.  This room 
contains a sleep sofa, cocktail table, étagère, and large closet to 
store those must have items.  For added convenience, the den and 
guest bedroom share a color-coordinated hall bath that is stunning
