$1000 security deposit is required in order to secure your booking. 
This deposit is totally refundable should you cancel your booking up 
to four weeks prior to the specified date of occupancy.

Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to occupancy and is non refundable.

In addition a $250 charge for cleaning, plus applicable taxes. This will be 
deducted from your security deposit and is reflected on the lease agreement.

Remaining security deposit will be directy deposited into your bank account 
or to your credit card after your stay.
