streach of snow-white sand meeting the sea. Even on busy summer days, 
you will be pleased with the uncrowded feeling.

"A Little More Fun" is inviting, all on one level, with abundant 
windows, ten-foot ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy the 
sea breezes on the front porch swing or bask in the salt air from a 
second generous seating area overlooking the pool. The master bedroom 
and second bedroom have queen beds: the third bunk beds. Each bedroom 
has its own TV and private bath. The living room has a sofa sleeper.

Carillon Beach is an upscale, gated community on the shores of the 
Gulf of Mexico offering everything a beach lover could desire. 
Meander along the oak canopied promenade to the quaint "old town" 
district, filled with shops, restaurants, cabanas and chapel nestled 
in the trees by Lake Carillon. 

This is a safe place for children to ride bikes and walk to 
activities with no busy or main streets between the homes and the 
gulf. In addition to your own private pool, you may use the large, 
gulf-side pool, heated east-side lap pool, or west-side family pool. 
Tennis courts, a basketball court, water sports on the lake and a 
children's playground offer other activities.
