Reservation/Security Deposit Information:

There is a required Reservation/Security Deposit Fee in the amount of 
300.00.  This fee is due upon 
reserving suite and can be paid with a credit card as a hold.  Your 
deposit will hold dates before 
your stay and serve as your security deposit during your stay.  This 
deposit is in addition to the 
full payment for your stay.  It will be returned to you after 
checkout, minus any damages.  If you 
cancel your reservations four weeks prior to your contract date, you 
will be charged a cancellation 
fee of $100.00.  If you cancel less than two weeks prior to your 
contract date, then you will 
forfeit the reservation fee of $300.00.

Parking Information
You will not find a need to rent a car, but if you would like to do 
so you may.  The Resort provides 
valet parking to its guests at a 20.00/day.  You may tip if you 
like.  We are not responsible for 
Vallet Parking. Metered parking is also available and only enfored 
from 8am to 6pm. Other parking 
arrangements may apply.  Please inquire.

Beach Towels
The Resort provides beach towels by the pool area.

Smoking
There is absolutely no smoking permitted in the room.

Housekeeping Services
Housekeeping Services may be requested.  If you would like this 
service please contact Mrs. Toledo-
Hoff.  Housekeeping Service fees are as follows:  once a week - 
$40.00, twice a week $75.00, three 
times a week $110.00.  This service includes change of linens, 
replacement of towels and cleaning of 
suite. Prices are subject to change upon housekeepers discretion and 
the condition of the room. 

Reservation and Rates
Please inquire about special rates, which will range from 75.00/night 
to 250.00/night and from 
500.00/week to 1200.00/week.

due to high/low season, holidays or special events.  Owner reserves 
the right to increase rates due 
to such events, holidays, or seasons, and guests have the right to a 
refund if they disagree with 
rates.
