bedroom 
holds a King-sized bed and has a private bathroom.  There are 2-
bunks 
in the hallway and a second bathroom.  Terrific views of the Gulf 
can 
be enjoyed from the balcony.

Scenic Route 30A on the Northwest Panhandle of Florida runs 18-miles 
between Destin to the west and Panama City to the east.  This area 
is 
also branded as the Emerald Coast and is well-known for it's 
lustrous 
powder-white sand beaches and balmy turquoise waters of the Gulf of 
Mexico.

Scenic Route 30A is strewn with fresh water coastal dune lakes 
perfect for fishing, kayaking or canoeing.  Walton County is 
currently the only county in the state to receive the Blue Wave 
certification for all of its beach communities and state parks.  The 
Blue Wave Campaign is a "Good Housekeeping" stamp of approval for 
beaches. 

The Scenic-30A bike/hike path runs right outside the condo and bike 
rentals are available across the street.  The picket-fenced 
community 
of Seaside is less than 2-miles to the west and there are an array 
of 
both family-eateries and fine-dining restaurants throughout the area 
as well as unique boutiques and galleries.  There are two golf 
courses within a few miles east and west of the condo and theme 
parks 
can be found in nearby Destin and Panama City Beach.  

Nearby Destin is home to the largest charter fleet in Florida, and 
the Hundred Fathom Curve, the beginning of the deep water where 
large 
game fish live, comes closer at this point than anywhere else in the 
Gulf.  The best fishing takes place when the Gulf waters heat up, 
typically in the May to October period.
