dinning table with room for 6-8 or you can seat 4-8 on the ocean 
front patio.

Fully equipped kitchen with service for twelve plus.  Refridgerator, 
microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher etc., are also available.  

 Additional amenities include washer and dryer, cable TV/VCR/DVD/CD 
and sound system.  Hair dryer, iron and beach furniture, toys and 
gas grill are available.  In the storage unit is a large lawn pool 
that can be filled to relax in by the ocean dune or clean the 
sand/salt off your children.  You shouldn't need anything but 
yourselves and your clothes.  

A large backyard separates the dune from the condo and is fenced 
from the street. The road fronting the condo is two lane with 25 mph 
speed limit.  Two space underground parking comes with the unit.  

  

This condo is located in Old Ponte Vedra, one of the most exclusive 
oceanfront communities in Florida.  It is a mere 20 minutes North to 
downtown Jacksonville (home of the Jaguars), and 30 minutes to JAX 
airport with international service.  Hiistoric St. Augustine, the 
nation's oldest city is 20 miles south.  The World Golf Villiage and 
PGA hall of fame is only a few miles away.  Disney is less than two 
hours away. 

Ponte Vedra is the home of the PGA tour headquarters and hosts the 
international headquarters of the Association of tennis 
professionals.  Needless to say, golf and tennis abound in the 
area.  World class restaurants are minutes away.  Other sporting 
activities include biking, fishing (offshore and inshore), horseback 
riding and hiking in the Guana wildlife area 10 minutes away.  With
