Security deposit: $500.00 for monthly rentals
                  $275.00 for weekly rentals

Cleaning Fee: $100.00

Total rental amounts are due in full one week prior to checking in.
Security deposits will be refunded within two weeks of check out
provided there are no damages or missing items. 
Security deposits are also used to guarantee your arrival.  If you 
decide to cancel with only 31-60 days until arrival, half of the 
deposit amount will be refunded.  If less than 30 days prior to your 
arrival, no refund of the deposit amount will be given.
