Our location, 25' from the beach is one of the best in all of 
Sanibel Island. When you stay with us, you will experience 
affordable luxury with million dollar views. Our kitchen, dining 
area, living room and bedroom, all have unobstructed views of the 
beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

As our guest, begin your day with coffee in hand, relax on our 25' 
wide screened lanai, and watch the dazzling sun rise over the 
idyllic blue waters of the Gulf. What you will see in the foreground 
is a gorgeous white sandy beach and its playful shore birds. What 
you will hear is the intoxicating rythym of rolling waves.

Sundial A203 has been recently updated and is fully equipped. We are 
part of the Sundial Beach Resort - the most popular resort on 
Sanibel. Our unit is the largest of the one bedroom units at Sundial 
and of the 407 condos at Sundial, A203 is one of only six that is 
DIRECT Gulf Front.

Sundial A203 is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Our 
kitchen is recently remodeled and has everything you need. We have a 
washer and dryer, an updated bath and dining area, and a spacious 
living and bedroom that both open to the large screened balcony. The 
bedroom has 1 king bed and the living room has a sleep/sofa. We have 
cable TV with a DVD/VCR player and a video library. We have games 
and books to read, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. All linens and 
towels are supplied, and of course, there is central air and heat. 
High speed wireless internet is now available.

The Sundial Resort has 5 pools, 12 tennis courts, 3 restaurants, bar 
and lounge, fitness center, game room, bike and sailboat rentals, 
hot tub, and a one mile beach.

Off the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida, across a causeway and a few 
miles west of Ft. Myers is the island paradise of Sanibel. The 
island is the perfect setting for your dream vacation. It can be a 
romantic retreat, a quiet tropical get-away or a haven for the 
active lifestyle. Sanibel is the "shell capital of the world" and
