Rental rate is subject to a 12.5% tax.

A refundable $250 deposit and rental agreement will secure your reservation.  For your convenience, 
the $75 
rental fee is deducted from the $250 deposit.

Rental amount is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Special events/Monthly rentals - Rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.  

A written cancellation must be received within 30 days of arrival 
for a full refund. 

Excessive cleaning and laundry will be deducted from the deposit.  

No pets. 
No smoking.
Trailers ok.
