Beach house-type condo, steps to the beautiful wide beaches of the 
Gulf of Mexico. Sit out on the 27 foot wide balcony that overlooks 
the sand dunes and beach. Walk down a short boardwalk onto the sand 
and enjoy the most incredible sunsets you'll ever see.

Floor plan is split and features two suites. Bedrooms are furnished 
in beautiful wicker. The master has a king-size bed and the guest 
has a queen. The large breakfast bar accomodates 4 people and the 
dining table 6. 

You will love the open floor plan...you can see the Gulf of Mexico 
from the kitchen living and dining areas! It allows everyone to be together 
and has nice views from inside the unit. Flooring is 18 inch tile 
throughout with area rugs...easy to sweep. Two larger TVs and 
everything you will need in a kitchen. "Beach-u-tuit" is a comfortable 
get away and there's lots to do and see.

Right outside your door you will find the walking/biking path along 
the beach. If you enjoy bird watching, you might see wild parrots,

Shake Shoppe! Grocery Stores are within a short drive. The trolley 
is always a good way to go.  It stops right down on the corner at Gulf 
Blvd.

Within a short seven block walk to John's Pass and Historic John's 
Pass Village, you will following  activities: parasailing, jet 
skiing, boating, sailing, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, shopping, 
and fine restaurants.  
 
Within a short drive to downtown St. Petersburg (15-20 minutes), you 
will find Bay Walk and the downtown district which offers shopping, 
cinemas, museums,and the nearby  St. Pete Pier. 

Busch Gardens is another great place to visit and it's approximately 
a 35 minute drive.  Disney and Sea World are within a 90 minute 
drive.  

Hey sports fans! Within a short drive -our area is home to the 
previous World Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers,  Rays, Stanley 
Cup winners Tampa Bay Lightning, and spring training locations for the 
Yankees, Phillies, and Blue Jays.

Visit "Beach-u-Tuit" and spend the whole day at the beach or venture 
out to take in any number of these activities.  If you can't do it 
all, there's always next time!
