Newly built and professionally decorated, Coquina Beach House is the 
perfect home for your island vacation. 

It's just a short 100 yard walk from the beautiful, serene beach and 
the resort area is easily accessible. The home includes a private, 
heated pool and a captain's watch on the third level for incredible 
views of the sunsets and gulf. Dockage is also included during the 
stay.                         

All four bedrooms are located on the first floor of this upside down 
house along with two bathrooms.  The second level boasts an open, 
fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room, along 
with the third bath. The large screened in porch allows for gulf 
breezes, outdoor dining, and relaxing. 

The ground level includes golf cart parking, an outdoor shower, 
outdoor grilling, sunbathing and swimming at the pool. Space is also 
available for storing beach chairs, fishing eqipment, etc.

Rates range from $2,000 - $3,600 plus tax per week.
Minimum 3 night stay required with rates starting at $1,300.
