Golf Villa at PGA National

**Our first floor condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath spacious home.  There 
is a large living room, kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, 
and dining area, all with tile flooring. The kitchen was updated in 
2006 with new granite countertops, new sink, and new cabinet doors. 
The master bedroom has new carpeting, a new king size bed, adjoining 
bath and dressing room area with lots of closet space.  The guest 
bedroom has 2 twin beds and is newly furnished with white wicker 
furniture.  The large wrap-a-round screened patio is shaded with 
beautiful Florida foliage.  It is a short walk to the community 
pool and about 1/2 mile to the PGA National Resort and Spa.

                     A Golfer's Delight
The renter will assume our full golf / tennis membership and be able 
to use all the facilities.  

This includes five internationally recognized championship golf 
courses, tennis courts, croquet complex, and complete fitness center 
including a lap pool. 

You will also enjoy all the guest services available at the 
beautiful outdoor pool -- part of PGA National Resort and Spa, the 5 
star hotel located within PGA.  

The condo, plus all the amenities will delight anyone looking for a 
great vacation get-away for any season of the year. 

                    Nearby Activities
The activities in the area are numerous.  Besides the golf and 
tennis listed above, there are wonderful restaurants at the newly 
renovated hotel. There are many other great restaurants nearby. 
The beach is only 10 minutes away. Here you can enjoy deep sea 
fishing, swimming, sailing, sunbathing or other water sports.   
There is lots of shopping nearby, especially the Gardens of the 
Palm Beaches which has Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue 
and many other stores.  It is a geat location!
