Reflections is a wonderful beachfront home, beautifully remodeled  in
2007. It sits directly on the beach of the beautiful green waters on
North Cape San Blas.  Faces due west for spectacular sunsets all year
round.  We also have the home next door for large groups - rent the
homes side by
side, for occupancy up to 20.  Dont see the week you want, ask us
about our other gulf front homes. 

Cape San Blas was rated number 1 beach in the US by Dr Beach.  K-9
Magazine rated Cape San Blas as #1 pet friendly beach in 2006.  Cape
San Blas is located on a beautiful peninsula about 10 miles long, 
with 5 miles of State Park at the tip.  With the gulf and gorgeous beaches
on one side and pristine St Joseph Bay less than a mile away at the
widest point.  See sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the Gulf
from the house.   We have no high rises on the peninsula and the
beaches are low density. 

Home has superb beach views from open living room/dining room.  New
kitchen, carpeting and new furniture in 2007.  The 4 bedrooms have
queen sized beds, three have attached full baths and one has attached
2 piece bath. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa.  The house 
has lots of closets and storage areas for guests to use. 

The beach walkway is adjacent to the home and the beach is less than
100 feet away from deck. Views are wide open for expansive beach 
views to the north and south from the house.  Watch the dolphins play
and beautiful sunsets from the main floor deck off of the living/dining
room.  This deck has covered and uncovered sections for sun and 
shade.
 The upper uncovered deck off the master bedroom gets beautiful beach
views and sunsets too.  Hear the waves lapping on the shore only 100
feet away.  Watch the stars from the main deck and upper decks.  2
bedrooms face east and get sunrise views.

The home is pet friendly and has a pet gate on the deck to keep your
“furry kids” from wandering down to the beach on their own.  

Reflections is 5 minutes to the State Park where you can launch your
boat, bike or hike.  Great shore fishing right out front of the house
and clean your fish at the onsite cleaning station.   The outside
shower and ground level outside access to a 2 piece bathroom are 
great
for those days at the beach.   There is room for 2 cars with under
cover parking plus room for a boat and additional vehicles if 
needed. 

The home is fully equipped for everything you need for that special
vacation.  There is a well equipped and newly remodeled kitchen, full
laundry facilities on the main floor, air conditioning, high speed
wireless internet access, and lots of TV/DVD/VCR’s.   There is a
movie, books and games library.  There is community dock access to St
Joseph Bay close by. Linens and towels are new Dec 2007 and included.
You can rent kayaks less than ½ mile away and boat off the community
dock. Use it as access to launch your scalloping expedition. The 
water of St Joseph Bay is clear and is one of the most pristine ecosystems
on the planet. It's great to kayak or snorkel to see the local water
life.

house that is newly offered for May 2008 with lots of availability.
