Regular Rates:

One Week		$1,200.00 (*)
Two Weeks		$1,600.00
Three Weeks		$2,200.00
Four Weeks		$2,850.00

(*)  We must keep 2nd week vacant to comply with condo’s rules.

Sales / tourist tax applies to all rentals (12.5 %)

Rates are subject to change based upon availability

In addition, there is cleaning fee of $100.00 plus 12 1/2% sales 
tax. 

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required to reserve the 
condominium.  

No one under the age of 25 is allowed to check-in without a parent.
 
Short Term Special Event Rates are sometimes higher.

$500.00 Deposit is needed to hold reservation (refunded if cancelled 
30 days prior to arrival). Deposit is refunded within 5 to 7 days 
after departure and provided there are no deductions for damages, 
etc.

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Check out time is 12 Noon sharp on date of departure

Cancellation Policy: 30 Days minimum notice required. If notice is 
not received in writing, reservation deposit is forfeited.
